An Upstate man began a Facebook Group called We Are Our Neighbor’s Keeper to help connect people with the items they need. The purpose of the group is to communicate where items in short supply can be found, but you can also trade one essential item for another at scheduled times (or “pay” for them with any donation). The donations collected are used to purchase groceries for local families in need, and at the end of the day, they post about what was purchased for those families.
