Watching the olympics makes me realize how much the vodka I drink has effected me. I have a tire around my waist and I don't think I could swim for 10 seconds, much less 2mins.

My girlfriend took a vacation to South Africa - so I guess if I did go with her and a lion tried to eat me I could run until I got away...but then I'd probably die after I stopped running because my heart would probably stop as well.

First off I'd like to say I had an awesome weekend. I got to see a long time friend Kris. His sister Krysia and her friend Shelley were celebrating their 18th birthday party and I was the DJ for the event. A few things to note - you know you are getting old when Will Smith "Summertime" is playing and a young kid comes up to ask "Who sings this?". Despite the age gap and the fact that those 18 year old whipper snappers never got to experience cool shows like Fresh Prince of Bel Air and Hangin' with Mr. Cooper, I will say their taste in music was to my liking. I dug out some OLD SCHOOL awesome favorites. And didn't get boo'ed when I played the Beatles. So I just want to say Happy Birthday Krysia and Shelley.

On the same note of awesome music.......

I was very VERY suprised to see a music video on MTV that lasted for more than 45seconds (no it wasn't TRL).

My new favorite show on MTV is FNMTV. If I got the concept right, it gives us an inside look at some music of those artist whom are not as popular as Soulja Boy (of course where is he now) and other artists newer songs (Like Rihanna....which now looks like a dude).

I get so wrapped up in the "Top 40" world sometimes and have to play the same songs over and over and I forget there might be awesome artist out there........this is my first favorite The video concept is AMAZING! My buddy Kris works in the film industry and he creates AMAZING looking films and music videos (check out his work at www.kriskimlin.com )

My second favorite This girl is good too tho

And last but not least - I am a vodka fan (just in case you were wondering) but this song Corona & Lime isn't bad either...

I try not to judge people about their problems. However, if you continue to abuse your body or complain about having a headache because the needles or pills you are putting into your body.

As TMZ.com gives quote "Amy Winehouse showed her dedication to two things while on stage in Scotland today -- her love for jailed hubby Blake Fielder-Civil and her continued effort to not be alive when he gets out....It's amazing she can still inhale."

With all kidding aside, I find it sad that Amy is a celebrity. Her somewhat of a "hit" song Rehab was of her joking about her true life facts. She won some crappy awards for that song. I think if you are "famous" and go on a rampage that involves drugs and alcohol, you should get help and put your career on hold. You are already making $1,0000982340923.55 a year, so I am sure holding off for a few weeks to go to Rehab to make sure you don't freakin' die might help you in the long run.

Finally. I will say that I hate it when a guy cheats on a girl. There are always two sides to every story but on this last story, I am a Red Sox fan (because my girlfriend Molly is from Boston), and because Boston is awesome. So when I heard about the A-Rod story I was not shocked, because the Yankees suck.

If you haven't followed the A-Rod story (Alex Rodriguez who plays for a crappy team called the New York Yankees), is getting a divorce from ex-wife Cynthia Rodriguez. Rumor has it he hooked up with Madonna, who is like 600 years old, in fact I think she is a dinosaur or an alien or a Gremlin. Anyway, this past weekend I give thumbs up to the Blue Jay fans because of this picture

If you happen to attend a New York Yankees game in the near future. I advice you to stop in to a Sam Ash Music Store (on 160 W & 48th St, NYC) and buy Madonna's latest crappy album. Then when A-Rod is at bat, throw your worthless Madonna Frisbee at him.....

Here I sit at the age of 23 years old. I feel a little older and with that said, a little fatter too. I was the short skinny kid in class and now I am just a little bit taller and looking at myself thinking I should probably stop eating ho-ho's for lunch....

Although things could be worse! I could release a hip hop album and although I never would, it would probably suck anyway....

I give a lot of respect to most of the hip hop artist of today, because it must be real hard to rhyme something with "girls booty"....hmmmmmm.....let's think...ok so she "shakes her Booty but I ain't fruity" (again I won't ever put out an album).

I won't put out a hip hop album why you ask? Ahhh, because I am not as cool as (drum roll please.............................) Bill Cosby!

Yes I said it. Bill Cosby wants and IS going to put out an album that gets in touch with today's youth about the importance of school and education.

School and education? Who needs that crap?

The sad part is that no one will probably buy his album. Even more sad news, nobody will probably illegally download that crap either. Geez!

<b>What It Do?!?! I have made a safe return from Boston. It was 5 DEGREES there! I'm Glad to be back where it's 65 degrees. We flew in a plane to and from Boston. Of course, after seeing this video I think next time I would rather just drive.

What It Do?! I am taking a mini-vacation this week in my girlfriend's city of Boston. Not to brag, but there was snow on the ground when we got off the plane. A little snow also fell last night.

Yesterday was Molly's 22nd birthday. We got to visit Fenway Park (Go Red Sox). Aferwards, we had dinner in probably the tallest building in Boston. It was awesome to see the entire city from that view.

Today we enjoyed the aquarium and went to an I-Max theatre and I had some delicious seafood.
